Oliseamaka Chiedu
Head of Data Engineering, Flutterwave
Oliseamaka Chiedu is a seasoned technology professional with over 11 years of experience in Africa's banking and fintech sectors. She specializes in designing and implementing data strategies and robust analytics solutions to drive business performance.
As Head of Data Engineering at Flutterwave, she leads a team of data engineers in building scalable data infrastructure for data-driven decision-making. With experience in leading African financial institutions, she has implemented self-service analytics platforms and designed enterprise data warehouse architecture, improving reporting and performance management across key business verticals.
Oliseamaka is passionate about promoting diversity in STEM and mentoring young women in tech through the Women in Data Africa community and ADPlist, a global mentorship platform. She also serves as a speaker and judge at industry events and hackathons for aspiring data enthusiasts. In her free time, she enjoys experimenting with taco recipes and watching comedy shows on Netflix, with Girlfriends and The Kominsky Method being her favorites.
Adeola Adeyemi
Senior Product Manager, M-KOPA
Adeola Adeyemi is many things; a leader, team player, and business woman. A firm believer in adding value to lives and organizations, Adeola has worked across high-performing business environments and cross-functional teams, including Products, Solution Delivery, Operations and Business Intelligence. She currently works as a Senior Product Manager at M-KOPA. In this capacity, she uses data to improve business productivity and customer experience for customers to order and fulfill cash loans via the customer app.
She is passionate about service and volunteering, which can be seen through her work as co-founder of the Help and Mend Foundation, an initiative that provides training and learning opportunities for young people. Part of her long-term goals is to enable young people ages 9-16 to learn basic computer and software skills before tertiary education.
When she isn’t providing solutions using technology, she enjoys taking evening walks, reading a good book, spending quality time with friends, and watching Man U play.
Dr. Ije Anusim
Co-founder & Director of Insurance, Dot.ai
Dr Ije Anusim has a background in Medicine, and is currently the Co-founder and cofounder of Dot (Dotx Technologies Limited), a fintech startup that provides digital, agency banking and insurance services and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the insurance business. She previously worked as a management consultant.
As a consultant she worked with several organisations, helping them develop and improve their corporate strategy and operational and business processes. She is very passionate about problem-solving, creativity and innovation.

Gift is the Head of Operations at DFS Lab and a lawyer by training with over four years of professional experience working across diverse industries ranging from Law, Consulting, Technology, Public Sector and the Non- Government organization. She has served in various capacities in organizations such as Ventures Platform, LoftyInc Capital Management and was the Deputy Country Director at the UK-Nigeria Tech Hub of the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office

Aisha Oyegunle
Senior Frontend Engineer, Flutterwave
Aisha is a Senior Frontend Engineer at Flutterwave; where she works on payment checkout experience used to facilitate easy and seamless cross-border payment.
She also volunteers as Lead Product Engineer at Archivi.ng; a non-profit that is preserving and digitising Nigeria history vis-a-vis old documents and media by building a repository to make them accessible to the general public.
She is passionate about building interactive, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces that provide an excellent user experience. She is driven by ideas that make meaningful impacts, and enjoys the process of developing these ideas into great products.
Chisom Nwokwu
Software Engineer & Published Author, Ex-Microsoft
Chisom Nwokwu is a renowned Software Engineer specialising in big data, designing and developing scalable data platforms for teams. Her expertise cuts across leveraging big-data technologies to develop reliable data systems. She has worked with some of the biggest international firms, such as Microsoft and Bank of America.
She is also the author of a popular book titled “A Techie’s Guide into Big Tech Companies” a valuable resource that helps aspiring engineers secure roles at top international tech firms. In addition to her professional achievements, Chisom is an accomplished public speaker and YouTuber, playing a pivotal role in the global tech scene.
Lady Kay
Multimedia journalist, IT GIRL Africa
Lady Kay is an experienced storyteller, poet, performing artist, and brand manager. Lady is a trained public speaker who began performing poetry professionally when she was 18 years old. She has performed at colleges, high schools, events, and poetry slams in NYC, Boston, New Jersey, Lagos, Abuja, and more.
Lady has served the Nigerian and African tech ecosystem in different ways, from managing communications for Clane and Arca, co-hosting The Next Wave TV show on CNBC Africa, serving as managing editor and acting editor-in-chief of TechCabal, to hosting several technology conferences and speaking on panel sessions in Lagos, Abuja, London, and Nairobi.
Cynthia E. Chisom

Cynthia E. Ugochi Agoreyo is a Strategy Development Expert and Management Executive with 2 decades of professional experience with expertise in Technology Partnerships/Channel Strategy. She is versed in all aspects of strategy initialization, implementation and management, with extensive experience within multinational organisations such as Google, SAP and Microsoft. She has competence across sales, channel and distribution development, partnerships, relationship and change management.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos. She also holds an MBA from the Warwick Business School (WBS), United Kingdom, a degree which was obtained on a WBS sponsorship.
Currently, Ugochi is the Partnerships Lead for Google Search for Sub Saharan Africa where she is responsible for the Google Search partnership strategy for the continent. She oversees the partnerships content direction and execution for Google Search for Sub Saharan Africa. At Google she also leads Google Health AI partnerships for Sub Saharan Africa as well as co-leads the Disability Alliance for Google Nigeria.
